International orders are shipped via DHL express worldwide and it normally takes 3-5 business days.

RETURN

If you would like to return your order, you may place return request within 7 days from the date of product receipt. To proceed return, please follow below steps.

1.       Return Application From : to expedite return process, please fill out return application form delivered with your order.

2.       Return request : access your account and place a return request through the site of your purchase.

3.       Packing : pack the items and the return application form into the original box and seal it.

4.       Package pick-up : hand over the package to the assigned courier - DHL.

5.       Refund : once your return is received, refund will be issued via original payment method.

You cannot return your order if :

1)      If return request has not been received within 7 days as of the completion date of delivery

2)      If there is any sign of use (stain, repair, damage, perfume, etc)

3)      If the component of the product(label, tag, packaging, etc) are damaged or lost

4)      If goods are returned without return request through the purchased site

5)      If goods were purchased with non-refundable agreement

Exchange is not eligible at FOUND FROM. If you want to exchange your order, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
